PEN Associates, LLC is a technical training and consulting firm dedicated to the growth of the American Workforce. PEN has provided training to companies thru colleges and universities as well as having direct relationships with companies.

PEN was formally established in 1990 and has provided training and consulting in over 400 companies since its inception, among them Kodak, General Motors, Philips Lighting, Allison Gas Turbine, Delphi, Bausch & Lomb, United States Government, Harris Communication, American Axle, and many others.

PEN provides training in disciplines needed but not limited to manufacturing. PEN also does onsite consulting and training.
