Mike Harrison has spent 40 years in Manufacturing, New Product Introduction and R&D. He graduated from Clemson University with a BS and MS in Ceramic Engineering / Material Science and received extensive training in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and management techniques.  He worked for noted companies including GE Aerospace, Dupont, Monsanto (MEMC), Motorola, GE Healthcare, Roche and Entegris.

Mr. Harrison worked in three general industries:

• Defense industry developing new materials for jet engines and new materials for tank armor,
• Semiconductor industry transforming single crystal silicon into wafers and building integrated circuits on these wafers
• Medical Device industry developing digital X-ray detectors and Tissue diagnostic equipment.

Mr. Harrison is very efficient at using Lean methodologies and applying statistics to improve throughput, increase quality, solve problems quickly and reduce manufacturing costs. He especially enjoys exercising his years of experience to lead, manage, coach and mentor his colleagues so they can grow in their careers.
