Course Objective:

  1. Understand the Fundamentals of Precision Inspection 

Objective: Students will be able to explain the basic concepts and  importance of precision inspection in various industries. 

Outcome: Demonstrate knowledge of the role and impact of precision  inspection on product quality and compliance. 

  1. Familiarize with Measurement Tools and Techniques 

Objective: Students will be able to identify, use, and maintain various  manual and advanced measurement tools. 

Outcome: Operate tools such as scales, calipers, micrometers, indicators  attribute gages,  

  1. Develop and Implement Effective Inspection Procedures 

Objective: Students will be able to create and follow detailed inspection  plans and protocols tailored to specific components and industry  

standards. 

Outcome: Develop and execute inspection plans that ensure components  meet required tolerances and quality standards.

Objective: Students will be able to apply statistical methods to analyze  measurement data, understand measurement uncertainty, and evaluate  results.
